What we collect

When you request a tour or send an enquiry, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address and phone number; your child’s first name and date of birth; your preferred tour date, start date and days; how you heard about us; your message; and your consent to be contacted.

Why we collect it

We use these details only to respond to your request — to arrange and confirm your tour, send reminders, answer your enquiry, and discuss availability and enrolment with you.

Who can see it

Your details are stored in the centre’s own secure Microsoft 365 enquiry register and can be seen only by authorised centre staff who sign in with their own account. We do not sell your information or share it for marketing.

Website analytics

We may use website analytics to understand how families use this website, such as which pages are visited and whether a form was submitted. Analytics never receives the details you type into our forms.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records only for as long as needed to respond to you and for the centre’s record-keeping, then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by contacting the centre: call 02 9161 4222 or 0491 052 990, email hello@tkworld.com.au, or see our Contact page.

Photographs of children

We only publish photographs of children or staff when the centre has confirmed that appropriate permission is held.
